We switched to Conway heating and Air about 18 months ago. The first inspection was very thorough and professional. They were on time and let me know what they found with the system. They also made some recommendations to help avoid mold in the system. Recently we had a failure of a child in one of our systems. With the heat index above 100 during the day it was a big concern. The coil, due to ongoing COVID delays is out several weeks. They went above and beyond taking the coil out and repairing it to get us cooling back. Again each time they came out they were on time and very professional. I am thankful we switched Conway Air and would highly recommend them. Although all of the service personnel have been great a special thanks to Daniel for his responsiveness and professionalism.

Lane, Logan and Tony came out on 7/26 to install our new AC system. Lane was very professional and let me know everything that was being done and approximately how long it would take. Once they were done with the install he came in to check the thermostat and ducts to make sure adequate AC was coming out of them. They cleaned up after themselves and took away the old unit. All I had to do was enjoy the nice cool air. Would recommend Conway AC to anyone.

Highly recommend Conway Air Conditioning for all your service needs. I had an appointment within 1 day from my call. Rex Mason was the technician, called to see if he could come earlier which was great. They email you a picture of who will be arriving. Rex did a great job with cleaning and maintenance, took his time, no rush job here. Informed me of recommendations and very knowledgeable and personable. First time using this company and definitely will be a repeat customer. You can pay for a 1 time service or pay for the year and they will set you up for another cleaning 6 months down the road so you don’t have to remember they do all of it for you. Full service, great service.

Very prompt service. Our AC went out and we placed a service call to Conway Air Conditioning after hours. Their technician John called back and let us know he would arrive within 30 minutes. He was very professional and pleasant. He went to work and diagnosed and fixed the problem in a very professional manner. This was the middle of August & he had to go into a very hot attic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and luckily he was able to have our AC working again quickly. He answered any questions we had and gave us tips on AC maintenance. We appreciated that.
